Background

The Caribbean Regional Group was formed in Trinidad & Tobago (as the Institution's 'Caribbean Division') on 20 October 2003 with two meetings - one for Corporate Members and Graduates and the other for Students at The University of the West Indies. Launches were also held in the British Virgin Islands on 7 November 2003, in Barbados on 12 December 2003 and in Jamaica on 14 January 2004. The Group was extended in 2011 to include the region of Florida, USA.
