A recent survey showed that 45% of employers use social networking sites to screen applicants - double the number from 2008. People all over the world now use sites like Linkedln, Facebook and Twitter. As such, a growing number of businesses are finding that social media networks are not only useful for promoting their brand, products and services, but for recruitment as well.
