At its meeting on 1 December 2015, the Professional Conduct Committee found that Mr Rahman Rahmani of Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, had wrongfully claimed to be a graduate member of The Institution of Structural Engineers in a CV submitted by him to a specialist recruitment agency. Mr Rahmani has not, at any time, been admitted to membership of the Institution.
