Benefits of BIM

I'm writing to say how useful and well written I found the two articles on Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the July 2017 issue, and to make a few comments which I hope people find helpful. I'm MIStructE, and have been managing information on projects for most of my professional life. My first role that was explicitly within information management was in the early 1990s.
