3.1. A Disciplinary Board was convened on 5 May 2015, comprising of: Mr Murray Armes, Mr Malcolm Hale FIStructE, Mr Alan Pemberton FIStructE with Mr Philip Newman Barrister of Law and Susan Lindsay R.I.B.A FCIArb, Barrister of Law as legal adviser, in respect of a matter which the Disciplinary Board, pursuant to Regulation 4.3.2.5, reserved to itself in an earlier decision dated 26 November 2015.
