Ancon has officially received the 2018 Queen's Award for Enterprise from the Lord-Lieutenant of South Yorkshire, Andrew Coombe, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen. This is the third time, following awards for International Trade (2015) and for Innovation (2012), that the company has been honoured in this prestigious award scheme. After a tour of the Sheffield head office and main UK manufacturing operations, the Lord-Lieutenant said, 'It gives me great pleasure to present this award to Ancon. I have been so impressed with what I have seen here today. It is a real team effort.'
