Improving the Company - BALPA RELATIONSHIP

In March 2003 grave concerns were expressed by BA CitiExpress Company Council and in the Company on the current quality of the relationship between them. Because of the importance of these concerns given the Company's present situation and priorities, it was agreed that a meeting with Rod Eddington was arranged and this took place 23rd April. Amongst several initiatives was the thought that the Company and the Union would appoint an external facilitator to review the situation and recommend action.
