At 19:00 on Tuesday 7th September 2010 BALPA was finally able to sign an agreement with VirginrnAtlantic management that ensures members' entitlement to 120 rosteredrndays off remains. But the work put in to deliver this started a long time ago and shows how, by working together, we can make a difference.rnThe Virgin Atlantic company council, with head office support, put in arnmammoth amount of work.
