Insurers need to wake up to the problem of fatigue. That is the message I will be taking to the Chartered Institute of Insurers when I speak at their seminar on behalf of our profession.rnOur American cousins have woken up to the dangers of fatigue in the wake of the Colgan accident and have convinced the Obama administration that they need to be doing something about it. But over here in Europe all the signs are that the airlines' lobbyists are making a mark on policy makers in their quest for'more flexible' regulations - a euphemism for more duty hours.
