In response to Old Git's (aka Ian Frow) question about the output of windmills, (The Log April/May), I am informed that the best of them is currently running at 20 per cent of design capacity and the worst at a mere 7 per cent.rnPretty rubbish, as I suspect he feels. I could go on but I might be accused of being Mr Grumpy (again).
