With the economy in meltdown four out of every five members prioritised jobs ahead of terms and conditions.rnBut the mood is shifting and there is a sense abroad that sacrifices to preserve jobs have gone far enough; a sense that lines have to be drawn.rnEmployers shouldn't be surprised. They have all sat back silently as the known culprits have used the cover of economic recession to bring in more and more abuses-bonding or forcing pilots to become self employed spring to mind.
