This book emanates from an international workshop held at Ghent University in January 2008. It consists of a collection of scholarly papers on the subject of business travel, and as such requires of the reader both a backgroundrnand an interest in the academics of this subject.There are some eye-watering formulae and jargon, many unfamiliar acronyms, and concepts such as'least squares regression'. (No, I didn't know either.)
