Q: I am a BALPA rep and involved in supporting a member in a disciplinary process. The member and I have asked the manager dealing with the case for all of the evidence that they have gathered that supports their case. The manager has stated that the evidence will only be provided if we accept that it is anonymous. Can we demand that the source of all evidence is disclosed?
