BALPA is busy preparing for the National Executive Council (NEC) elections, which take place during August. The Association is run by pilots, for pilots, and the NEC elections are at the heart of this - as members, you get to decide who you would like to represent you. Our membership is divided into constituencies, so nominations are also broken down in this way. As a result, not all constituencies will be asked to nominate every year.
