I am employed by a low-cost airline and based in LGW. The crew transport between the car park and the crew room is provided by a contract company, and not the airline itself. While using the crew bus after a duty, I received an injury due to a fall caused by the driver accelerating fast and braking hard following an altercation with a non-crew colleague. I would like advice on what steps I should take, if any.
