Selected papers from The Ninth Annual Environmental Research Conference 2005 (ERE 2005)

The Ninth Annual Environmental Research Conference was held at the University of Tasmania in Hobart, Australia during December 2005. The purpose of this meeting is to present a forum where early career researchers (predominately postgraduate students) can discuss their work in a forum organised by their peers. The concept for a forum of this type originated from the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Queensland with the first Environmental Research Event being held in 1995.
