Engineers Ireland celebrated the launch of its inaugural Future Professionals Programme by awarding two special CPD scholarships, funding 75 per cent of the total fees for participants with a track record of achievement and very strong leadership potential. The awards were granted to Niall Maguire, MIEI, of Northern Ireland Electricity and James O'Connor, MIEI, of Molex Ltd. In addition, six smaller CPD bursaries were awarded to excellent applicants from a range of engineering organisations throughout Ireland.
