Focus on the future Engineers Week sends positive message for 2011

The aim of the week is to create positive awareness and spark enthusiasm about the engineering profession to people of various ages with little or no engineering background. There will be free events running throughout the country during Engineers Week. Volunteers Day will be held on Thursday, February 17, 2011, during Engineers Week. The week-long campaign, held annually by Engineers Ireland, promotes engineering as a career and the importance of the industry to Ireland.
