Ecocem celebrates ten years

Ecocem Materials recently celebrated their 10 year anniversary with the first carbon neutral event at the world's first carbon neutral convention centre, the CCD. The conference was part of Ecocem's support for the use of green cements (GGBS) in the government's Green Public Procurement policy. According to Ecocem, additional carbon emission savings of at least 275,000 tonnes per annum can be delivered by the construction industry, simply by the use of GGBS cement in all government projects.
