摘要

Oxford University researchers are hoping to create a spin-out company to produce their low-cost transparent conducting film for photovoltaic (PV) ceUs, LEDs and LCD touchscreens. The coatings were developed as part of a project to investigate low-cost, earth-abundant materials and inexpensive deposition routes that could be used for large-area transparent conducting oxide coatings.
