A lightweight concept city car from Shell has been predicted to offer dramatic improvements in fuel efficiency and emissions. The Shell Concept Car, which has been developed through an initiative called Project M, is the result of close collaboration between engineers at Shell Lubricants; Formula One designer Gordon Murray; and Geo Technology, a specialist automotive firm established by former Honda F1 director Osamu Goto.
