ENERGY » The government's handling of the levy control framework (LCF) has been savaged by the House of Commons Public Accounts Committee (PAC). PAC's report, on 8 February, concludes that the LCF, which sets annual spending caps on Renewables Obligation, feed-in tariffs and contracts for difference costs, "has suffered from a lack of transparency, rigour and accountability".
