Improved valve for trimmer vacuum system

Belvac has introduced an upgrade kit for the solenoid valves of vacuum applications on its beverage can trimmers, to allow for operation in higher ambient temperatures and to prevent the valve body from sticking. rnThe MAC Valve 58 Series (Belvac C28877) is designed to replace the C31004 (24VDC) valve in the ASCO 8215 series, which is prone to failure when the ambient temperature is above 25 deg C (77 deg F), and is also prone to sticking in the open position when the coil has insufficient force to re-seat the valve.
