Following the divestiture of its South Korean interest Oriental Brewery, as well as its remaining share in Chinese brewer Tsing-tao, A-B InBev announced first-quarter results impacted by last year's acquisition of Anheuser-Busch.rnThe Belgium-based brewer, which warned of a tough 2009 ahead, revealed first quarter organic growth up by 4.7 percent, although worldwide sales wererndown by 7.4 percent at $8.2bn, compared with the combined sales in the same period of 2008 before InBev bought Anheuser-Busch in a $52bn deal.
