US-based Crown Prince Seafood has changed the cans for its range of wild-caught tuna range so that they are offered as BPA-free.The news, revealed in March, comes as the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) prepares to make an announcement about its position on the safety of BPA (Bisphenol-A), the component of epoxy-phenolic coatings used in the canmaking industry.
