The long-running saga that is Anheuser-Busch InBev's proposal to acquire Grupo Modelo -which produces Corona beer - passed another regulatory hurdle last month after world's biggest brewer reached an agreement with the US Depart-rnment of Justice (DoJ).rnThe US$20.1 billion deal by A-B InBev to buy the 50 percent of Modelo that it does not already own had been questioned by the US DoJ, because the brewer already has an almost 50 percent share of the US beer market.
