Coors backs recycling campaign in the US

Coors, the US brewer whose canmaking division originated the aluminium drinks can, has teamed up with Recyclebank for a sustainability initiative to encourage environmentally conscious waste disposal. And it is backing the campaign with up to a quarter of a million dollars and special can designs.A portion of select Coors Light and Coors Banquet cans sold to the end of March will help fund a contribution of up to $250,000 from Coors Recycles to Recyclebank.
