ORG Packaging, one of the largest carmakers in China, is increasing its capacity to supply Red Bull with cans from a new three-piece line being installed this year.Unlike the aluminium slim cans produced in Europe, the Red Bull brand in China also uses welded steel cans.Joan Wei, president of ORG Can-making, based in Beijing, told The Canmaker that the project to add the production line at a plant in Yixing, Jiangsu province will increase the can-maker's total capacity for three-piece cans to 1 billion.
