Asahi to promote premium beer in UK

Japan's Asahi Group Holdings has completed the acquisition of SABMiller's beer brands in the UK and formed a new company: Asahi UK. The move is part of Asahi's €2.55bn acquisition in Europe of the premium brands Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Grolsch and craft brew Meantime.
