AB InBev completes its takeover of SABMiller

Anheuser-Busch InBev last month completed its acquisition of SABMiller to create the world's largest brewer with sales in the region of US$130 billion in more than 100 countries. Belgium-based AB InBev had been pursuing the London-listed SABMiller since last year with the deal being completed for $103bn subject to a number of divestments in the US, Europe and China.
