Consolidating and expanding

This year marks the end of a transitional period for CCL Container, the manufacturer of impact-extruded aluminium aerosol and bottle cans, with plants in the US and Mexico. Part of Canada-based CCL Industries, the company's canmaking division is finalising the closure of its Canadian operation at Penetanguishene in Ontario, and redistributing its capacity to the US at Hermitage in Pennsylvania, as well as adding a manufacturing line in Mexico.
