Cans replace plastics for UK cooking stock

Aluminium beverage cans are being used to pack liquid stock products by a UK food sauce company. Potts Partnership, a family-owned company founded at Marlborough, Wilts, in 2007, is replacing its single-use plastic pouches favoured by other manufacturers with the cans, which are 100 per cent recyclable -including the paper label.
