Italian textile machinery orders increase in Q4

Orders for Italian textile machinery were on the rise during Q4 of 2011 after two negative quarters, according to ACIMIT (Association of Italian Textile Machinery Manufacturers). Its quarterly survey revealed that orders from the period October- December last year rose 28% over the previous quarter with the most significant increase being from orders in foreign markets (32%), whereas domestic orders were up only 15%.
