NCC elects new chairman for 2012

Chuck Coley has been elected the chairman of the National Cotton Council (NCC) for 2012, replacing Charles Parker who held the position last year. Mr Coley, who is a cotton ginner and president of the Coley Gin and Fertilizer Company in Vienna, Georgia, was previously the NCC's vice chairman in 2011.
