Marzoli's new CM7 comber

Marzoli will display at ITMA 2015 its new CM7 comber with automated lap piecing. An R&D study reveals that the comber ensures substantial reduction of neps and short fibers and perfect evenness of the sliver; the mechanical speed is of up to 600 nips/min with production volumes of up to 85 kg/h); reduction in energy consumption; and better selection of fibers. These results have been achieved with a complete revision of the kinematics of the machine. The outstanding energy saving stems from the implementation of the most advanced electric motors available in the market today.
