India's largest showcase of industrial technology as Partner Country at Hannover Industry Fair 2006

India showcased its credentials as a dynamic "future-focused nation" at world's largest technology event Hannover 2006 from 24-28 April 2006 in Germany. 382 exhibitors from India demonstrated India's keynote themes such as Energy, Industrial Subcontracting and Automotive technology, examples of successful cooperation between India & Germany in a whole range of industrial sectors including concrete investment projects focused the attention of the world. Indian exhibitors occupied 13070 sq. meters of exhibiting space. This is the largest area occupied by any other partner country in the past.
