SPANISH TEXTILE MACHINERY COMPANIES AND THEIR PRODUCT LINES

Spain takes its place among the important textile machinery manufacturing countries of the world. In the past few decades, the technology of Spanish textile machines has been developed to attain international standards of quality and reliability. In the context of the ongoing massive program of modernisation and expansion of the Indian textile industry with sustained demand in this major market over the next several years, the Spanish textile machinery makers would do well to strengthen their presence in India and explore the possibilities of forming joint ventures and setting up subsidiaries or production facilities in this country to take advantage of lower manufacturing costs here. The Association of Spanish Textile Machinery Manufacturers RMTEX, which has been playing its role in promoting their products globally, is a member of CEMATEX and organises participation in international trade fairs, specially ITMA.
