Mr R.N. Mukhija is President (Operations) in Larsen & Toubro Limited, Mumbai. He is incharge of the company's Electrical & Electronics Division, which has six businesses - Electrical Standard Products (ESP), Electrical Systems & Equipment (ESE), Petroleum Dispensing Pumps (PDP), Metering & Protection Systems ((MPS), Medical Equipment & Systems (MED) and Control & Automation (C&A). As the head of the Division, he is involved in strategy formulation of all businesses and ensuring implementation of plans. He is presently steering the Division to a high growth path with an emphasis on Process Excellence, Exports, Succession Planning & other HR Interventions. For most of the businesses, leadership position & high Brand Equity have been created where he continues to play a significant role.
