The federal judge in the Electronic Frontier Foundation抯 surveillance case against AT&T this week delayed to Nov. 17 from Nov. 14 the case management conference, citing 搖navailability.?U.S. Dist. Judge Vaughn Walker, San Francisco, called the conference to discuss govt. state secrets privilege, filing of consolidated complaints, the discovery process, and other matters.
