Most U.S. adults (69%) think President Bush was justified in tapping e-mail and phone calls without court orders, a new Harris poll found, although about half (47%) said they aren抰 familiar with the NSA electronic spying program. Less than 1/3 (31%) said the President has no basis for his wiretapping; 13% said it抯 rarely justified; and 18% said it抯 never justified.
