MARTIN RESHUFFLES STAFF

FCC Chmn. Martin late Fri. unveiled a reshuffling of his staff. Media adviser Heather Dixon is leaving, to be replaced by Michelle Carey, since April 2005 Martin抯 wireline aide. Ian Dillner, an aide to Comr. Deborah Tate, rejoins Martin抯 staff, replacing Carey as wireline adviser. Erika Olsen of the Wireline Bureau becomes Martin抯 acting wireless adviser. Nick Alexander, also at the Bureau, becomes acting wireline staffer during Dillner抯 搕ransition to the chairman抯 office,?the FCC said. Alexander抯 interim appointment gives Dillner time to wrap up his efforts for Tate, an FCC official said. The Commission gave no reason for Dixon抯 job change. Dixon will remain at the FCC, she told us. Her new position will be publicly announced at a later date, said Dixon.
