Advisory Committee Races Against Time Concerning Spectrum Fee on Federal Agencies

The Commerce Spectrum Management Advisory Committee plans a conference call Dec. 13, npartly to discuss a report on whether federal agencies should be required to account for the nspectrum they use and pay the NTIA for it. Members of the group decided to discuss the nreport again in December at the last CSMAC meeting in November. The group hopes to wrap nup the controversial report before its charter expires in January.
