An analyst said a letter from the Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction confirms his nfirm's view that it will cover spectrum auctions in legislation due by Thanksgiving. The nletter probably was “aimed at nudging the Administration to repurpose the 1755-1850 MHz nband for commercial wireless service” by way of a proposal in an NTIA report due in the next nthree weeks, MF Global analyst Paul Gallant said in a research note.
