Tuesday marked the six month anniversary of the FCC’s 3-2 vote approving net neutralitynrules, and they have yet to be published in the Federal Register. The commission is stillnreviewing comments the commission gathered as a requirement of the Paperwork ReductionnAct, a spokesman said, and has yet to submit the rules to the Office of Management andnBudget. OMB must still put the rules out for additional comment. "While Free Press wasn’tnentirely happy with the rules it sure would be good to see the agency move forward," saidnPolicy Director Matt Wood. "We have a difficult relationship with these rules.
