Proposed Spectrum Fees on Agencies Disappear From Center of Committee's Radar

The Commerce Spectrum Management Advisory Committee seems to have taken off its nagenda proposing spectrum fees on government agencies. A report on such fees dominated nthe last two 2010 meetings of the predecessor committee, and the body called for further nstudy. But a planning document for the current committee doesn't mention the matter. The nNTIA seems to want to steer discussion elsewhere, committee officials said.
