The FCC International Bureau said it dismissed earth station-related applications from ChristiannTelevision Corp. and Antenna Technology Communications due to deficiencies and inconsistenciesnon FCC Form 312. In its application for a new fixed earth station, Christian Television didn'tnsubmit the required radiation hazard study, the bureau's Satellite Division said in a letter (http:/fcc.us/15NM3Vv). Christian lists the 6425-9525 MHz band as "desired frequencies of operation,"nthe division said. Fixed satellite service isn't authorized throughout that frequency, "and the requestednspace station point of communication, AMC-1, is only authorized to operate in the 5925-n6425 MHz frequency band," it said. ATC incorrectly stated in its application to modify its fixednearth station that a frequency coordination report isn't required for the emission designatorn5G00GIF, the division said in another letter (http://bit.ly/17HXpl2). Because the 5840-6425 MHznfrequency band is shared with equal rights with terrestrial services, "the failure to provide a frequencyncoordination analysis renders Antenna Technology's application incomplete," it said.
