既存超高層鉄筋コンクリート造建物の保有耐震性能指標と制振補強効果

摘要

本論では，既存超高層RC造建築物の保有耐震性能を指標化してその実態の把握に道筋をつけることを目的として，既存超高層RC造建築物の保有耐震性能指標値の分布を検討すると共に，耐震性向上を図るための制振補強の補強効果に関して考察を行った。以下に本論で得られた知見を示す。%This paper shows a calculation method of seismic capacity index to reparability limit state and ultimate limit state of existing high-rise RC buildings. The seismic capacity indexes are calculated to frame models which correspond with seismic capacity of the existing high-rise RC buildings. The seismic capacity indexes of existing high-rise RC buildings are examined in order to clarify relationship between the indexes and structural characteristics, and relationship between the indexes and seismic responses. Furthermore, this paper shows an example for reduce of seismic response using response control device. It is found that improvement of seismic capacity is expected.
