Za ispravno funkcioniranje vijčanih pumpi od izuzetnog značaj a je pravilna geometrija vitalnih elemenata (rotora i statora). U radu su izloženi osnovni problemi izrade rotora i jezgra statora. Promenljiva dubina rezanja ipromenljivi uglovi na grudnoj i leđnoj površini, uslovljeni specifičnim oblikom rotora, prouzrokuju vibracije u toku obrade, koja rezultira lošom obrađenom površinom i odstupanjima od pravilnog geometrijskog oblika. Jezgro statora se izrađuje pojedinačno na univerzalnoj glodalici, pri čemu treba obratiti pažnju na pravilan položaj reznih alata u toku obrade, kako je definisano u radu. Sve što je u ovom radu izloženo rezultat je praktičnog rada na osvajanju reda jednovretenih vijčanih pumpi.%In order for the screw pump to function properly, the shape of the vital elements (rotors and stators) is extremly important. This report talks about the basic problems in the production of rotors and stator cores. Changes in shaving depths and shanges in the rake and clearence angles, due to the specific shape of the rotor, cause vibrations during the manufacturing process. These vibrations result in a badly made surface and cause differences from the right geometrical shape. Stator cores are produced separately using the universal milling machine and the right position of the shaving tools is very important in this process, as it is discussed in this report. Everything presented in this report is the result of practical work in the production of one-spindle screw pumps.
