At the nonwovens fair IDEA 10 in April in Miami Beach, FLAJSA, ExxonMobil Chemical Co., Houston/TX, presented polymer solutions for nonwovens applications including Vistamaxx polypropylene-based elastomers, polypropylene (PP) solutions and Achieve resins. Achieve 6936G1 resin for meltblown applications delivers improved barrier performance, while low extractables, an ultra-high melt flow rate and narrow molecular weight distribution contribute to clean, efficient fabric processing with reduced manufacturing energy demand.
