Functionalized fibers - effect of additives on friction behavior in further textile processing

The aim of the project was to improve the processing behavior of functionalized fibers by additives in the spinning solution. The problems encountered so far in practice with such fibers in textile production were improved by comprehensive analysis of the processing behavior. Suitable measures, such as modification of preparations or protective coatings and coordinated parameters of the secondary spinning process and the adjustment of other machine settings were implemented.
